this busy firm fitted me in amongst the Christmas build up to fix my air source heating which had stopped working. Lizzie called in at the end of a busy day and was very polite and professional. absolutely amazing service. needed this service a few times and always gets there quickly and does a superb job. most recently I was away from home and my autistic son was panicking because the electrics had gone off, and within 10 minutes she had exchanged messages and photos with him, and it was fixed. with him being autistic, by doing this over the phone it kept him as calm as he could be, still getting the job done cannot fault her, thank you so so much!

We had excellent service from start to finish and she coped admirably when a wayward burglar alarm went off, disconnecting it for me - which was not part of the original job. Obviously, it shouldn’t matter that she’s a female electrician but it does - it was so refreshing not to be condescended to just because I too happen to be a woman. Would highly recommend.

Her apprentices as well were great and it was good to see them getting on the job training. Both were hard working and polite.
